"This was a great neighborhood and home. My only real complaint/concern was that since there were kids in our group the garage made into a game room was a real draw. Problem was we had to share with the lower unit and that unit didn’t have a living room. We felt weird sharing it with a family we didn’t know and they had no where to hang out. We felt like we were in their “space”. We decided to let the other family use the space. May kids were sad but very understanding."

"This condo was perfect for our beach trip. We were already familiar with the property, which made it easier. The until had a beautiful view and the unit was well decorated. Bonus points for having a ceiling fan in the master bedroom ( now just need one in the guest room too). Having the storage locker to put all our beach belonging in at the end of each day was very convenient too and helped keep sand out the condo! Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We turned a trip for a wedding into a two week vacation. We have stayed in Queens Grant before, first time at this villa. The location is great! Mid-island, so easy to drive anywhere on the island. An easy walk to the General Store and to the beach. The villa was very comfortable. As we traveled by air, we so appreciated Telie providing beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and bikes; as well as many unexpected little extras. We saw deer and a blue heron in the back yard. Nice quiet...

"The host provided detailed instructions on how to access the condo, which made for a seamless check-in process. The condo is also well furnished and provides for a great place to unwind after a day of fishing or a round of golf. Great location, with easy access to the beach via the onsite Dune Buggy shuttle. Restaurants, grocery and shopping are less than 10 minutes away by car. Thanks for a memorable stay."
