"The room was great! Very clean, comfortable furniture. Kitchen also had anything you need if you wanted to make any of your own meals. Great location…short bike ride to the surf city pier, shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were great…also the ping pong table and corn hole boards were fun as well!! Would definitely come back!"

"The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and sons (and little dog) had a great getaway in Surf City at this very clean property! We booked this trip somewhat late by most standards and we were so thankful this worked out so well!!! "Sea Vista is a no frills stay. But just because it isn't the Hilton doesn't mean the stay wasn't superb. Very clean, very comfortable furnishings. The quality of the beach is superior (in my opinion) to that of the North end of the island, i.e. wider and bigger actual beach area, less crowded, etc. The amenities are sparse, to be honest, but it's all the essentials. A comfortable and clean bed/linens, a clean and working bathroom, tv, cookware/utensils, and the friendliest people surrounding you...

"I really loved the room! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I loved the view of the ocean! The only thing I would change is the coffee pot. It would have been nice to either have more pods or have a regular pot. Loved our stay!!!"
