Great place in a great location if you don’t want to be in the thick of Traverse City. Clean and very easy to check in/out. Would stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was very conveniently located and felt like I was at home. We needed a place that had a kitchen. I loved the fact I could pull into the garage and lock things up at night. It was very quiet. My two little dogs felt at home. There were several questions and had to reach out and host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay,

This was a new residence in a new community. Nice, clean and pet-friendly. Easy access to all that Traverse City offers. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ll be back again

It was a very nice vacation condo. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. The only thing that could have made it better was a pool on premises. We’ll definitely be back!

It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

This property was perfect. Spacious and clean and quiet. The host company communicated with us as needed and were so helpful in answering any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids traveling with grandma. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. No complaints at all. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The only recommendations I would offer is to let travelers know in advance that check-in instructions will not be available until 1 hr prior to check/in. Also maybe a few more plates and silverware. Otherwise everything was great! Bathrooms well stocked and having coffee ready to brew was great! The garage door opener was so convenient! Certainly recommend staying here for anyone coming to the area!

Conflicting Addresses Provided

Email confirmation provided one address. Check-in link provided a second address. I drove almost 4 hours to find that the address provided in check-in link was NOT accurate. This made for a frustrating start since it was almost midnight when I arrived at the accurate address.

The property was amazing. Brand new construction with a great location. The unit was nice and large with big rooms and all new fixtures. My only complaint is the way checkout was done. Checkout is 10 am. We were walking out the door at 10:15. At 10:30 I received a text stating we needed to vacate then property ASAP because the cleaning crew was waiting outside. Then I got a text saying I was being charged $25 late fee! There was no cleaning crew waiting and I refused to pay the late fee. They need to relax a little on the checkout and late fee issues.
