What a sublime facility. We rented the entire compound for a week over New Year's for a family birthday celebration. The cluster of buildings surround a pool and outdoor loungers overlooking the ocean and sunsets and that are all private and out of view from any neighbors. Truly a magical setting. And located in a vibrant neighborhood, full of restaurants and shops, you feel connected to the island rather than being in an all-inclusive resort. Strongly recommend adding the private chef for some meals, they were superb. The staff was attentive. And the bedroom windows all had insect screens! (which was necessary that time of year, the mosquitos on the island are ferocious).

The house was great! The winds were pretty high so we couldn’t snorkel off the private beach but it was still lovely. Easily walkable into town as well.

Fabulous winter getaway

We are a group of friends who have been traveling together in February for many years. This was our first VRBO as a group. Our experience at Sirena Bay exceeded any expectations we could have had. The pictures do not do the property justice. Everything is immaculate. The personal attention we received from Kelly and Otis was amazing while never being in any way intrusive. We were a group of 15, and the property was a perfect size. The pool area allowed us to congregate together when we wished, while the gazebo and beach area allowed some separation for anyone who wished. Our review is perhaps best summed up by the groups decision to return again next year before our week was even over!

Happy 60th to me

My husband brought me to Curaçao and Villa Sirena for my 60th birthday with five other couples! The property was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They really went above and beyond… Including decorating for my birthday and helping me arrange snorkeling, boat trip, restaurants, transportation and private chef! This is definitely a place. I would love to come back to!

50th Birthday Celebration

All I can say is WOW.... The property was awesome. The pictures are great but in person is breathtaking. Debby and her team were awesome. They took care of our every need but Ottis was the icing on the cake. He went above an beyond and it made our vacation seamless. Awesome Villa for large group

We had a great week at Sirena Bay! The house is beautiful and very spacious for large group. Plenty of space to have both privacy and group activity. The pool is warm and gorgeous. The house manager, Otis, was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the week. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. Close proximity to downtown for walking trips to casinos, restaurants and sightseeing. Being able to snorkel right off the estate was the best we saw on island. This was a concern of mine but it was fantastic. Thank you for a great trip.

Miss it already!

Wow...what a vacation! This home has it all. Words simply cannot do it justice so I'll leave it at this...if you're looking at this house, book it now or else you'll regret it for the rest of your life. Otis was amazing! Chef was amazing! Our island vacation

It was a great place for our family, ideally located for activities in Willemstad plus easy travelling to some of the beautiful beaches and restaurants.Everyone was so hospitible. My only recommendation is to have circulating ceiling fans in the non airconditioned part of the villa. It was especially hot eating dinner on the lanai without any air circulation.(That ceiling fan was not working. All in all it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks again to Niek, Ottis and all the maids.

A Wonderful Experience

This was our 20th wedding anniversary and we took all of out children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who could make it. Unfortunately, only 14 out of 21 could be there but it was a truly great time. The property was, everything we expected and more. I can't say enough about the main caretaker, Otis. He is an excellent person and a ,big help. The manager, Nick was great also. They a4re super accommodating and even built a ramp so I could access ,with my wheelchair easily. Gorgeous view!

We traveled from Indiana here and had a great experience! This was our first time visiting Curaçao. The property is amazing and the views are unmatched. The only negative I would say is there were several days of early morning (6:30-7A) loud noises…bug spraying machines, leaf blowers, etc. We like to get up around 8-9 so this was not ideal. I feel like if you pay this amount of money for a property, you should get to sleep in on your vacation if you want to. Also, there are 3-4 staff members at the property during the day. This did not bother me but bothered some in our group. But these were just small details. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The property is beautiful, well kept, and steps from some great restaurants. We would return!

Family Trip

Long overdue family trip, 13 of us ranging from 2-67. What a perfectly wonderful experience. We were greeted upon arrival by Karen, Ottis and Nike who pretty much became part of our family by the end of our stay. The house was incredible, the surrounding area was awesome and very walkable, the food was delicious whether it was cooked at our house or eaten at one of the restaurants close by. Any and every need we had was taken care of by Ottis and Nike without any hesitation. We had the best of the best and can’t wait to go back some day and do it all over again.

Total Dream Vacation!

This property is both historic, breathtaking and so well maintained, plus the team and service were some of the best I have experienced. Our group was 20 people, including 5 children and we all had the best time, with every single need met. The layout for a large group is really perfect, with several structures for privacy all surrounding a central hang out area so it was hard to get bored. The team was so helpful in booking extra activities, and we loved the area with the best restaurants right across the street. Everyone was so nice and accommodating - Mosa and Rozendales were both restaurants 10 steps from the house that we would highly recommend. The view is breathtaking at sunset and the snorkeling right off the dock is probably the best we saw on the entire island. Do not sleep on this property... you will have the best time.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had 14 people in our family who met for a vacation over the Christmas holiday. Age ranges from 2 to 52. This rental allowed everyone to have their own space, but also provided group meeting areas that were comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The staff was very attentive and appropriately present. They really made our vacation special. I highly recommend this property for groups, or families. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Right on the water with a wonderful pool that has a view you can’t beat. We were even able to snorkel right behind the house. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Curaçao, we would choose this property again. Thank you!

Amazing all around!!

We were a group of old friends celebrating 20 years of friendship. We picked a location no one had ever been to and we are already planning our return!! The house was stellar - even better than the photos! Everything was meticulously maintained and the care really showed. The house is walkable to many great restaurants and a beach hotel. It’s a short taxi ride to downtown Willemstad with cute stores and more great restaurants. The staff really took care of us. Lisa helped us before arrival planning boat trips, breakfasts and dinners at the house, massages and taxis. Everything exceeded expectations.

Luxurious Historic Waterfront Estate

We were so pleased with the property and its location in Curacao. Although the main house is about 200 years old, it and the grounds have been updated and kept beautifully. The estate It sits adjacent to at least a half a dozen amazing restaurants.

Great family vacation

Sirena Bay Estates does not disappoint!

We were fortunate to bring a group of 20 adults together to stay at Sirena Bay Estate. All of the regular staff at the property were great and did a wonderful job assisting us throughout the trip. They were able to prepare by making sure our sleeping arrangements were set up properly. They helped to arrange on site massages that were wonderful and they coordinated our return covid tests to get back to the USA. The location is perfect as you are secluded in your own area but close enough for great food and drinks just minutes outside the gate. Great location for large groups and those looking to explore the island. Thank you for all of your hospitality and service!

Incredible, Memorable, Stay

Celebrated our 50th anniversary at Sirenabay with our large family and it was everything we hoped for and more. The staff, Aline, Otis, Denzel and Gene were great and were very attentive to any of the needs we had. It was really nice that each family had their own little place and yet we were always together around the pool. Every morning Vivian was picking up around the pool and placing clean towels around for us. The sea breeze feels so good and the snorkeling right off the seawall was great. Many fish, a sea turtle, sting ray and lobster were all spotted right in front of the villa. And the estate is right in the middle of everything with the town but a short walk away and many restaurants in the area. Our family all agreed that the memories created there will last a life time.

Relaxed and carefree - an amazing experience

The staff at Sirena Bay, especially Aline, Otis, and Emma, made our stay stress free. They took care of our every need and we’re proactive in recommendations and help. The property is one of the best that we’ve ever stayed in for a family vacation. We had 18 people ranging from 16-60 and everyone was blown away by the accommodations, location, and staff. I would highly recommend Sirena Bay if you are looking to relax while watching the waves roll in and drinking your favorite cocktail. Curaçao is a hidden gem of an island within a fun downtown, beautiful hidden beaches, vibrant blue water, and great food.

Best Family Vacation!

Where to begin... our holiday at Princess Sirena Bay was FANTASTIC! Madelinde and her crew (Ottis, Vivianna & Pascal) were top notch. They made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. Chef Robin made our family dinner on 3 occasions and we still can't decide which was our favourite. We can't wait to come back and see everyone. The Owners are very lucky to have such wonderful people representing their "Gorgeous" property. The pictures are beautiful but so much better in person. We had a hard time leaving and are already planning to go back. Snorkelling, swimming, ocean blues, sunset evenings under the gazebo, iguanas, lizards and colourful birds are just a taste of this wonderful estate. Absolutely breathtaking!!!

Everything we were searching for and more!

Sirena Bay Estate's owner Kelly Merts has an ideal set up for a glorious vacation spot. The compound has a plethora of bedrooms each unique, private and clean. The grounds, seaside view, pool, lounge areas were all stunning and well kept. The location is ideal to visit town, shops and restaurants. The most important component to our excellent vacation was the TEAM (Madelinde, Ottis and Vivian) who made our stay so wonderful. Madelinde arranged on site massages for 12, a Caribbean BBQ (thanks Ottis!) also on site as well as having Chef Ray come to create an amazing dinner, in addition to making reservations at locales that were super fun and tasty. Madelinde, the leader of this fab team , was a wealth of information about what to do and see and how to get around. Everything was taken care of with a smile! The twelve in our group adults ranging from 22-62 had a blast. We snorkeled off the property and saw lots of fish. We relaxed poolside and ocean side, read books in the shady areas and could walk into the kitchen and make ourselves a snack and a drink! PS The internet connectivity was excellent as many needed to check into work throughout our stay. PPS If your stay includes a Tuesday go see Madelinde and her husband dance at Mundo Bizarro Restaurant! We will be back!
