Great location great time

San Jofat is one of the nicest location on the island. To enjoy to the fullest you’ll need a car. I highly recommend this house

Superb Experience

This is a great place to stay. Communications with the owner and the caretaker were top-notch! The house was as described, check-in was easy, car rental with the owner was great! We really did not have one bad experience. I highly recommend this property to those looking for a great place to stay while on Curacao!

A nice villa well located

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It is a beautiful place. The view from the balcony is amazing. We liked the pool area. We highly recommend this place. Be careful with electricity usage even if we had air conditionning only at night it cost us extra money at the end of our stay even if most of the time we were not there during the day.

Beautiful area close to everything

We had a wonderful stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed and the owner and home manager were awesome! They were quick to answer and helped us immediately with a minor problem we had. The AC in the bedrooms cooled quickly for when we needed it in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool. The view from the property is absolutely incredible! Thank you for our stay!

Great home loved the pool and view

We enjoyed our family vacation stay at this home. The owners had everything prepared for us before our arrival, the check-in process was smooth, they even assisted with a rental car, and they were available when any problems arose. The property manager was helpful as well. We also enjoyed the kitchen and pool. Though we didn’t use the AIr conditioner often, the breeze from opening the doors and windows helped. Great neighborhood as well, seems to be in the middle of everything. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Villa and Great Location

We very much enjoyed spending our Christmas vacation together with our (adult) children in this beautiful villa. A great welcome by Mario! Gated area which helps feeling safe in the house. Some appliances and (outside) furniture may be getting a bit older, but they are still very convenient and comfortable. We very much recommend this villa - a great place to spend your vacation in Curacao.

Great villa with all amenties

The home was exactly what images show. Beds were very comfortable.We had the apartment too but smelled like mold as it was closed for a while but with air on it took humidty away. Wonderful and very spacious home for an active family.

It was very spacious and comfortable.The house had a wonderful pool and a sea view. You would need a rental car. The security guard station was really dedicated to who comes into the community. Only draw back was there were many stairs or step down to rooms so You have to be very mindful. This house is good for active family but not for the elderlies. Overall, my family was very impressed with all the architectural details and we would rent again. We had a great stay. The price was reasonable for the entire house as well. mindful. Curacao Family Gathering

Overall we enjoyed the house and apartment a great deal. It's a beautiful setting with great areas and sizes of rooms. The bedrooms are big and each has an air conditioning unit. Bathrooms are great. Main living area is open and airy. There is a great, large covered porch we all spent most of our time on. The pool and the area around it, including a covered gazebo were also great to use. We had a few issues early on but had easy access to both the homeowner and property manager and they were addressed quickly. Nice, safe, gated community and easy to get to nearby beaches and stores. About 20 minutes to the tourist area of Willemstad.

Gorgeous villa overlooking the Spanish Waters

Beautiful house, perfect for our family of 7. Suky, the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Close to Mambo Beach, Tugboat Beach, the aquarium and east side activities. Grocery stores were 10-15 minutes away. Willemstad is 20 minutes away and Wespunt beaches were 45-50 minutes away. If you want to experience the whole island and not just one resort beach, this is a great location. AC worked really well and cooled the house very quickly. The house has big, beautiful windows that all open to allow a cross-breeze that keeps the house comfortable without AC. Adding blinds on the front windows would help keep the house cool in the morning because the sun is hot on the island. Stove is huge and once you learn how to light the propane it's very easy to use. The pool was lovely to come home to after a day out exploring the island. We loved having dinner on the patio and watching the sun set. A car rental is a must. We rented through Pierre and Sharon and would do so again. Pickup was fast and easy, and the cars were in good condition.

Lovely, spacious home for a week

Our family (mum, dad and 2 sons in their 20's) enjoyed a week together in Curacao and called this space home. The property is as shown, a little more lived in than photos, but that is expected The kitchen is well equipped and had a handful of spices which had been left over from previous guests. We used the kitchen daily for breakfast, snacks and a few dinners. The bed and bath linens are of quality and the provision of beach towels is very nice. Make sure to pack all toiletries, as bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are not provided, but easily purchased at the grocery. The area is very safe and quiet. We walked int he mornings around the neighborhood and rarely were passed by cars. For those who keep a workout routine, we found the resistance bands we travel with could be used in many ways, as can the hill outside to the left of the house. Great family workouts on the deck. The pool is lovely and was great to take a dip in on and off when we were home, as it is obviously hot and humid. We highly recommend renting a car, as it would be very difficult to get around without one. Renting from the owners was a breeze. Check in and communication with Mario was easy. Internet worked well, but could be slow if we had several devices hooked. Easily solved, but disconnecting. As few of our favorites were the pig beach, Blue View restaurant and cliff jumping, Wednesday night dancing, Thursday evening live music in Punda and of course the flamingos.

Great house for family of 10

Overall the property worked great for our family of 10. The only thing that would have made it better was for the house to have a clothes dryer. It was challenging with 10 people and all the rain to wash our clothes (swimsuits and towels) each day and hang them up to dry. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Amazing villa

We booked this for our trip to Curaçao and liked it very well only thing that you have to pack your soap and shampoo if provided that would be fine but it's not a big deal. The manager was helpful and did her job.

Wunderschön, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben 3 wundervolle Wochen mit Familie und Freunden ( 8 Personen) im Haus verbracht und es ist schon einzigartig in der Einrichtung /Gestaltung, hat einen gewissen Charme und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden und wenn es ein kleines Problem gab, oder etwas fehlte kümmerte sich Mario ( Hausverwalter )und seine Assistentin Ulrike umgehend darum. Beide sind grandios und nochmal ein großes Danke an die Beiden. Leider war nicht alles so luxuriös wie beschrieben, denn gerade die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Loungemöbel außen sind zum Teil verschlissen/kaputt , das Terrassendach ist undicht und es regnet durch und für 8-10 Personen gibt es leider nur 2 Liegen am Pool. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und Antworten kamen umgehend. Unser Fazit : Ein traumhafter Urlaub im Haus, aber einige Dinge sollten erneuert werden.

Wonderful House!

We are 2 couples from the US who stayed here for a week. It's a really lovely home with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and outdoor area, and toys for water such as floaties and snorkeling. We didn't bring kids but this house would be great for 2 families with kids. The middle bedroom could sleep 4 kids and there is a TV room with a door that closes as well as the great pool! Mario was a super helpful an available manager who helped us with all our needs. We would happily stay here again if we return to Curacao.
