Last Minute Getaway

We book this cabin last minute on a Holiday weekend. The cabin is clean and cute. The outdoor tub is what drew my attention. However, it was not at all what I expected. Not very big…definitely not big enough for 2 people. The drain hole near the faucet doesn’t allow you to fill it all the way up so half your body is not even under water. The view was beautiful and relaxing. The neighbors shot off fireworks both nights until 1:30 in the morning. Regardless we had a great time.

Holiday at Peace in the Valley

Spent 4 nights here just before Christmas to visit family and friends. The cabin was in a great location for us and was larger and nicer than the pictures made it look. Overall great experience.

Secluded and cozy

Hubby and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Wanted something near Chattanooga so that we could explore but also something small, cabin-esque with some seclusion. This couldn’t have been more perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Great experiences in the Wildwood area, too!

Beautiful fall view.

My husband and I stayed in late Oct. The view and the colors of the trees were amazing. The out door shower and tub was amazing ( that was one of our favorite parts) This place is very cozy and just right for a couple’s get a way for sure! It’s close enough to all the fun things to do in Chattanooga. The bed was very comfortable, The only thing I could say that isn’t as positive is there is a train track about a block from the cabin it runs about 4 times thru the night and is very loud and you can feel it. They do have a white noise machine but it doesn’t drown it out enough and will wake you up. The house across the street had there dog in a cage and he barked all hours of the night. However despite all that it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location (close enough to restaurants and stores, but secluded enough to enjoy some peace and quiet) and the home is extremely cozy. Felt right at home. The outdoor shower is really cool. Property managers were great with communication and let us check in early. Would definitely recommend and will book again if ever back in the area.

Perfect Getaway

The views were stunning, and the property was well-maintained and very clean. It felt like they anticipated our needs with the amenities provided, and the cabin was appointed very well. This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The location was rural enough to take advantage of the state park and hiking trails, while the ease access to Chattanooga was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Peace in the Valley is the perfect name

We loved our stay in this little cabin! It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I think I slept better than in my bed at home. The property is conveniently located to all the activities we wanted to do, and the outdoor showers and tub was so nice. I think my wife used the tub every night. Communication with the hosts was awesome! A small issue we had was handled very quickly and they followed up to make sure. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved our stay in this cabin! Just what we needed for a little getaway. The cabin is clean and pretty and had everything we needed, the owners even left some goodies for us. The back has a beautiful view of the mountain and it has a firepit, a grill, an outdoor showers and bath tub which add to the charm of this place. There is a train track nearby so you would hear the train but it didn't bother us at all, the owners are kind to have put a relaxation sound device in the room but we didn't even need it. It's close to Chattanooga, TN where we went to see Ruby Falls, The Incline, Rock City and Raccoon Mountain Caverns. If you like a good hike with amazing views, it's also not far from Cloudland Canyon State Park. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great Stay

The property managers were easy to get in touch with and replied quickly to texts. They made sure check-in went smoothly even though we arrived very late our first night. Property was very well taken care of and we loved the outdoor shower and bath tub. Would recommend to anyone!
