Beautiful property. The host provided everything one could need, linens, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry soap. Having the firewood available on site was a very nice touch. Excellent would love to stay again.

My family attended a family wedding the week a the Dam Inn and reserved both Gone Fishing and Barely Awake for the weekend.We found both properties to be very clean, nicely furnished and looked to be almost brand new.Both cabins are situated with the North Branch of the Clarion river running through the back of the property. When we did have free time, it was spent enjoying the early fall weather in the comfortable chairs around the firepit. If we would have had more time, we certainly would have taken advantage of the fire pit, fishing opportunities in the back yard or kayaking down the river.The two cabins are appoximately 30 yards appart and you can easily walk between them in the grass path or the gravel roadway.The only caution that I would give is that the cell service is very limited in that area of Elk county so calling or GPS service is difficult to get. If you are not familiar with the area, make sure that you print out a map and load the address into your directional app prior to leaving St Mary's as it's not available near the cabin. Also, plan on texting with members of your party as the cell service in the area is very schetchy.Everyone commented that they would have like to have spend more time at the cabins.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice & clean with modern luxuries on the inside. Plenty of seating. & of course hanging out so close to the river is the best part.

Perfect Wedding Cabins!

The two cabins were perfect for my wedding weekend! We got married at the Dam Inn and we were able to use one cabin for the bride and bridesmaids and the other for the groom and groomsmen!

Lovely property!

The pictures are completely accurate for what to expect! The property is new and clean and spacious. Check in was as easy as the owner setting an agreed upon combo to the door lock. Very close to East Branch Dam, easy access to St. Marys and a bar/restaurant in walking distance. Our family had both cabins next to each other. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

This rental and location could not have been more perfect for our wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I stayed there the night before the wedding and we used it as a getting ready spot for our bridal party the day of the wedding. The property and landscape was absolutely beautiful and so convenient for what we needed. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect family staycation!

We absolutely loved staying in these cabins! They were beautiful inside, the beds were comfortable, the space clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The access to the river was perfect for kayaking and tubing. The fire pit and pavilion were situated perfectly for spending time with family in the evening or having a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. Many of us are local to the area, but this felt like a true vacation destination even though we were just a short drive from home. We really enjoyed our weekend here and are already planning our next trip!

Beautiful Cabin and Venue!!!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 4 families with children all ages, and this venue had something for everyone. The location along the river is beautiful! You couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a weekend. The perfect getaway! We will be back!
