Our Host Meghan was very helpful, informative, and accommodating. The house was spacious, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay. Thank you very much!!

Even in winter, the panoramic views of the lake and the phenomenal kitchen and dining area make this home a very special place to escape and to share meals with the family. Communication with the host is excellent as well.

Nice Chalet. Cleaning crew left dishes in dishwasher, griddle on stove was dirty - full of grease, refrigerator needed to be wiped out, many leaves inside first floor bathroom, and room heaters downstairs did not work. The fireplace on the bottom floor was great. Place was large enough for our crew of 12. Fire circle was nice with many chairs. This was our first time in Treasure Lake. Loved how friendly the deer were and saw a bald eagle! The weekend flowed nicely and we had a very chill time - which is what we needed. The time with the family was great.

This is a beautiful home right on the lake. It has a nice back yard and fire pit. I love the big table on the deck. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has whatever you need. The deer wonder through the yard in the mornings and evenings. The only negative comment I have is the house needs a good deep cleaning.

Treasure lake

We had a great time at this lake house! The house was very spacious, the yard was huge, and we enjoyed a campfire every night! Their was a lot to do in the area... golf, little beaches, kayaks, restaurants.. We would definitely come back!!

Beautiful view

My family had a wonderful stay at the lake house, even though the lake was drained. There was a a foosball and pingpong table. The dinning room table was personally my favorite because all ten of us could play cards, games and have dinners together. The house was very clean and well stocked. Im looking forward to going back in April when the lake is full Thank you

Sunshine Chalet

2nd vacation at this property. It appeared the cleaning crew was on vacation too though.We had to wash sheets when we arrived (sheets were left unwashed in the washer). No top sheets on beds or anywhere in the house. Floors and fridge needed wiped down. Disappointed for sure!

Extremely dirty house.

Don’t even bother your self with renting this house. House is extremely dirty . No any activities around fake lake in front of this house. It’s not a lake it’s a big swamp. Host is really un professional. No hot water when you go to take a shower. Second floor bathroom is not working at all. And if you contact them they will answer you after you live.

Beautiful home, near Du Bois

We had 14 people there with all ages and fit very comfortably. It was beautiful to look out to the snow covered lake. Hostess was great to respond to our needs and easy to work with. The driveway goes down a little hill which was hard to get up with the snow but we understood the guy who does the snow plowing was on Christmas vacation so should be fine in the future. We enjoyed our stay there. Shopping and bowling in Du Bois.

Women Friends Gathering

This spacious home is situated on the lake, with a wall of windows looking out on the lake. The comfortable furniture allows for gathering as well as peaceful time looking out on the beautiful scenery. Both floors have roomy living space. The ground floor fireplace was great. We moved the area rug and had plenty of room for a group yoga session! The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to navigate. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The owners give clear guidance on what is provided and what is not with a few exceptions (no reading lights (bring flashlights or a headlamp if you want to read in bed) and no top sheets). We would come back in a heart beat!

Nice place for family stay

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. Nice house in a gated community with plenty of space and accommodations. The house is nicely renovated, and like other reviews, the light switches were interesting. Once we figured them out, it was no problem. We used the kayaks and paddle boat on the lake, which was nice. It was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was cozy. There were some issues with most of the tv remotes not having batteries and there was no keurig (which is in the listing). The host responded to my texts, and had both delivered by the next morning, which was nice and my family appreciated because no one wants to deal with me un-caffeinated. Two things that were challenging for us that we didn’t pay attention to when we booked were that we had to bring our own towels, and the 10:00 am check out time. There are options to pay extra for towels, but we brought a bin (we were traveling 6+ hours to get here) so not necessarily a knock against the host, but for me personally it’s always more convenient to have all linens provided when renting a VRBO. The 10:00am check out was tough because it was hard to get everyone up and out the door on time after a wedding the night before. Again, not a criticism, just a challenge for us personally when wrangling children after having a late night. We’d stay here again if in the area. Beautiful home in a great area.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely lakeside chalet. Fully stocked kitchen, great relaxation spaces, and fun activities. Hope to come back again when the lake has been refreshed!

Blue Arc on the lake

The house is in a great location and provides a gorgeous view of the lake. However, I will not stay there again until the electrical issue is fixed. There are numerous switches on the walls and some arc when turned on or off and then trip a breaker. Use caution when turning the breaker back on cuz it also arcs. This should be fixed before its rented again.
