"We didn’t have hot water for our stay but the weather was nice all weekend so not too much of an issue. Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. Overall it was well priced and in a great location for easy access to Hereford whilst still being in the countryside. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbours. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. "Firstly, the site is lovely, close to Elan Valley and the accommodation position of Foxes View was great as it’s at the end of the row of hobbit holes. We were without a fire pit when we arrived but owner very quickly put one out for us. The accommodation size is great. It does look run down in places though, flooring has some nicks in it etc. The kitchen was fine although the fridge wasn’t very cold. Hot water in sinks etc perfect but shower tepid. Hot tub was lovely and clean but only some...

"The views are stunning, the local town is lovely. The first look of badgers view we were so excited. Then we entered to hut. It didn’t smell clean, the floors were dirty luckily there was a broom there so I could sweep up the last guests dirt. The kitchen is in much need of a make over, the sides are in awful condition, the fridge is cracked, the floor is all over the place, it’s starting to dip. The floor boards are starting to come apart this is due to the damp. The whole kitchen looked dirty....

"When we first got there it was a bit mixed up, a nightmare, but that was down yo me. The lady was very understanding and helpful, it was as if nothing was yo much trouble, friendly staff. Very clean, hot tub was amazing. Thankyou, only one little complaint, the guy that was going round cleaning the hot tub. Was a bit rude and not very friendly, when clearly we was going on the hot tub, we were just getting changed, and he came along, put a hose in, my partner went out to say that we were going...
