Hi, Patrick thank you for your feedback. It has been a very busy period and your observations always help us improve the guest's stay. I am glad that you had a great time and we love to have you back again soon. With regards to your observations, we reply as follows: 1. The gas cooktop is fairly standard unit and should be easy to operate. The air conditioning is on an energy-saving timer for around 6 hours before it shuts down. It also stops when the sliding doors are open. 2. On all my correspondence we ask the guest to text me on arrival to get a password for the wifi. It was also written on the laminated sheet on the counter. 3. The couches are 6 months old and being of light colour and not knowing what guests do, it probably does get stains from kids and adults especially coming back from the beach. We usually get them steam cleaned every 6 months but maybe with the high volume of guests we might have to revert to every 3 months. 4. The rug same as the couch. 5. Sliding doors are the original and very hard to replace. They are working ok and are safe. The track could be cleaned but that is subject to time and conditions on the island. 6. Due to the high humidity this year especially, the vinyl skirting, unfortunately, detaches itself. We have in the past tried to use special glues and we probably need to re-apply to firmly stick. Thank you Maria for the feedback. I am happy that your overall experience was great and you had the chance to relax. I apologise if you found the linen a bit stained, probably a bleach stain but I assure you it is clean. The linen gets cleaned after each guest and new linen gets purchased every 6 months. As for the little ants, they always seem to come out when there is a little bit of food on the counter. The body corporate gets the place sprayed regularly but that usually doesn't stop these little ants from coming out. We hope to welcome you again on your next holiday. Joe
