"Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay."

"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

Right on the beach, just a few steps to the long promenade of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, a small town with all the essentials (restaurants, pubs, small supermarket). Newcastle upon Tyne can be reached by car in 30 minutes and is definitely worth a visit. Check in and check out were excellent."

"Lovely bungalow and a credit to Barbara. Spotless and located in Amble about 10 minutes from the harbour area. Parking is a bit tight as the property is on an estate road, but with the help of kind neighbours we managed our two cars absolutely fine. Would highly recommend and would happily book again if we returned to the area. 👍"

The property is located in the grounds of the owner’s property who provided us with a warm welcome and recommended places to eat and walk. "Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."
