You will need to pay a $45 usd “all access fee” for every night which supposedly includes the use of the hotel spaces, however the staff at the bar is rude and their service hours are limited.
The rooms are really small, the closet is super tiny and you end up with a mess on the floor with all your stuff. The AC doesn’t work which sucks for New York weather…as it won’t cool off once if the temperature rises suddenly one day.
I wouldn’t recommend...

"Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready.
The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room).
When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions.
I would never stay...
