Staff was polite and friendly. The carpet was dirty, furniture worn out, no duvet cover on the blanket, things broken in the bathroom and the bed was not big enough for two adults.

The room was dirty. Sticky rings from drinks on the night tables, dirt and what looked like a poppy petal...(from November, maybe??)....in a corner next to the fridge. The curtain was actually falling off the rod but the most disgusting thing was the old, dried, yellow pee in front of the toilet. ...
