"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "

"Perfect place for visiting Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very short and cheap Uber ride. We walked to Broadway a couple of times during the day but I recommend getting an Uber after walking all day on Broadway. It is close to all in downtown area. Very clean and just as described."
