"Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again."

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."

"Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended"

"Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works.
