Big house lots bedrooms, lots of bathrooms. A little tired could with bit of work doing espeacilly guttering system water spilling over keeps you awake. Loo door down stairs completley broken cant shut it. Hot tub not clean enough to use although they did come out and change filter, after we found filter locking ring we did get it clear by last day but didnt use. Nice tv's plotted about, lots cupboard space, good position for beaches, clean house. Scones, jam, wine nice touch after 6hr drive, be prepared for getting a parking space lol. I found 3 ncp parking spaces opp tennis club in layby nobody parked there except me £8 for 24 hrs. Not knocking the house we had great holiday just few niggles that need attention thankyou Izzy.

Post wedding stay

Great property for a large group- two pieces of feedback. More info on room locations, E.g. where twin rooms were- we had two elderly grandmas with us and they had to get to the top floor! Floor mats inside the front and back doors. For back door one on the outside too. We had a lot of rain and wet feet from hot tub which posed a risk in terms of slippery floors and keeping floors clean. I bought a couple of bath mats as a temporary measure. Everything else was perfect! Thank you.

Excellent stay

A really good place to spend Christmas with the family. We were 11 staying. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, lashings of hot water, warmly heated, a well-appointed kitchen and good leisure space. Our youngsters enjoyed surfing and the hot tub. The kitchen table was a little snug and probably best for 8/10 seated.

Amazing house

We had the most amazing time in this gorgeous house. Booked for a hen party, there were 16 girls so the space / bathrooms and plenty of mirrors was amazing. The house is really well equipped and clean. The location made it easy to get for a morning sea swim and close to some lovely bars. Would definitely recommend this house for a family / group of friends.

Great location and well equipped house

We stayed here as a group of 13 friends for New Years. Great location, and parking in the winter on the road is okay. Rooms were lovely and very clean, and plenty of bathrooms for this number of people. Worth bringing some extra kitchen equipment if you are really into cooking, and the dining table only seats 10 comfortably, so if you are a larger party plan to eat in two rounds if you want to eat around a table. The living room space is great though and hot tub is a bonus.

Great for families

Great location, a short walk from Tolcarne beach, perfect for the young kids. The house is large & with lots of separate rooms & living space it was possible to escape the teenagers too! Issy was really helpful with a few tiny issues we had & were immediately sorted, not to mention leaving us a very generous & lovely welcome gift!

Hen party weekend

We’ve just got back from an amazing stay! There was 19 of us in this house for a hen weekend and it didn’t disappoint! The house was plenty big enough and the hot tub was an added bonus! It even had enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready to go out! It is close to town so in an ideal location. Only thing I would say is we couldn’t fit everyone round the table to eat but that wasn’t a huge issue for us! The owners were good at communicating when we let them know of a small issue we had! Will be looking forward to the next visit!

Great location, plenty of sleeping space!

The house is very central - only a minute or two from Great Western Beach and the heart of Newquay. We had an extended family group staying; 6 children under 7, 6 adults in their 30's and two of us (grandparents!). The house worked well for us. The hot tub in the back yard was a particular hit. The house was well prepared. Clean, with unexpected treats in the kitchen, which were very much appreciated. We needed a travel cot, and Isobel was swift to sort this out for us. Thanks. Although it was not a problem for us, the tech didn't work for us. We couldn't connect to the sound system in the kitchen, and the 5.1 surround sound in the lounge isn't there. But we weren't in Newquay to watch films, so that was fine. All said and done we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

Lovely stay at edge 15

Myself and my family stayed here for a week, 14 of us. We all slept very comfortably as plenty of beds. Bedrooms were clean and well done, plenty of toilets/shower rooms/bathroomsbetween so never waiting really. Kitchen well equipped, we all managed to fit in at meal times with a couple sat at the breakfast bar. Outside area with hot tub which we used most days. BBQ was a good size. (gas) Edge 14 has a great location, we walked everywhere and never used the car. Parking was ok although it has no parking off-road, we found spaces in side streets and a paying car park around the corner. We had 5 cars. Overall we had a great stay. X

On arrival we were greeted by 2 magnums of prosecco, fresh scones, jam, cream and milk there was also plenty of tea and coffee and sugar already at there. The house was amazing. The bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets were all very clean. plenty of living space and enough cutlery, plates, cups etc for all of us (22) the only downside was the hot tub only seated 5 maybe 6 at a push and the dining table only seats 10 so please bear this in mind when booking for a large groups of people. if we had any problems the house owner was a call away and sorted it asap. The house is situated within walking distance to Asda, Aldi and Tesco and is also 10 mins walk from the nearest beach. Perfect far a large group/family getaway.
