"A beautiful space. Light filled. Very clean and comfortable. The location tucked just behind 12th Ave is perfect. Easy access to restaurants, coffeeshops and boutique shops. Unfortunately, my stay was during an exceptionally cold weather week and it was really cold in the apartment especially because one entire wall is glass- with that glass garage door. The host was super responsive when I complained and did bring an extra space heater and blankets. "

"Great location! House had everythimg we needed.. beds a little hard but ended up sleeping like a baby!! I bring my own coffee and they just had pod machine.. so thats my only issue. Haha..they did have pods so still got my coffee. Lol..Both bathrooms were full and nice to have 2 toilets and 2 showers! Nice huge backyard! Highly recommend!!"

"Wonderful, fun basement apartment and backyard, 10 minutes (10 Uber ride) from downtown Nashville. Accommodations were lovely, with everything you'd need on your trip, including laundry (which we didn't use). Unfortunately, we are light and late sleepers, and could hear most of what was going on upstairs beginning early in the morning. Just normal family morning prep (they had a toddler, and I'm sure they were trying to be as quiet as possible). It was super quiet from 10:45 p.m. until 5:45 a.m....

"As advertised but unlike every other VRBO/Air B&B we have used, there weren't any Keurig pods for the coffee maker. Everything else was great."

"This property is a nightmare to say the very least. Filthy bedding, toilets not working (one not attached to the floor, light bulbs burned out and I could go on for hours. The host never gave us contact info other than via VRBO system so wasnt able to efficiently address issues, the code to get in was not posted on time and day two the code didnt work and had to be reset after multiple contacts. I would sleep in my car before this property! "

"I only booked this house for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7-year-old) for one night as we were passing through the area. I wanted something peaceful as we had to be in the car for about 9 hours to get there. Let me tell you, I was so sad that we were only there one night.
