The house location is great. There was street accesss in the front of the house and also at the back. We were not instructed which to use and our gps took us to the back. We arrived after dark and were not familiar with the area at all. The steps up to the back yard are steep and the railing was wobbly, very precarious. There was also a sign on the gate that said dogs were present, I’m assuming for the neighbor, we never saw or heard any dogs. There were software problems that prevented us from getting our access code. This was resolved in about 30 minutes and the weather was nice enough it wasn’t too bad sitting around the backyard while waiting. The side table charger in the loft bedroom didn’t work and my sisters phone went dead while she was sleeping instead of charging so the alarm didn’t go off. We ended up leaving a little late because of this. Overall the house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Although there were some hiccups, we would rent from them again.
