It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected...

"It was inexpensive and clean but the ice machine was broken and I thought the laundry would be in the unit, but no we had to walk to a hut and you had to load money on a card with your credit card !!!! It was not a 5 minute walk to the town center. There was a broom but no dust pan. The second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is no bigger than a phone booth and there is paint peeling in the shower . Also in the second bathroom on the wall above the commode there was damage on the wall...
