Very nice apartment in excellent location

I rented this apartment for a few weeks while Inclosed on a house. The apartment was in a perfect location and was very well maintained with everything as described. We had zero issues or complaints. We highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location

Even though we are not golfers, we loved the unique little areas of Pinehurst. Weymouth Woods Preserve was a great place for a nature walk. Southern Prime Steakhouse was a perfect spot for an amazing meal for our anniversary. The house is a great little getaway for two The kitchen has enough of cooking gear to let us enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. Relaxing area helped us recharge for the up coming Christmas holiday with all our families.

Cozy and secluded

Very nice, cozy condo next to the woods. Condo was clean and close to Pinehurst village. Perfect for our needs. Would like to have had better lighting in the bedroom and better lighting for the outside steps.

Not properly maintained

Bathroom sink was full of backed up dirty water that would not drain when we arrived. Rug in front of sink wet and dirty. Coffee carafe had shattered broken glass spout. Big disappointment. Let property management know immediately on arrival. No one responded. Was not able to use bathroom sick the whole time.

Super Quiet, very comfortable. The rules seemed onerous when I read them and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to have family over for dinner. I texted on VRBO and got no response, I texted on their app, DACK, and got no response. Finally I called

Loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It is a bit secluded- but that’s why we loved it. Very clean, neat and cozy. It’s decorated so lovely. What a wonderful home away from home!

Great Value

The condo's entrance is down a flight of exterior stairs from the parking area on the lower level of the building facing trees which made it feel very private. The condo was roomy and the furnishings and appliances were nice and worked well.

Great value stay!

Perfectly comfortable, acceptable, and easy stay. I might have missed it in the listing, but the entry is located down a series of stairs, which was a surprise when we arrived as stairs are difficult for us, but we managed lol. The Internet is fast and more than capable of 99% of online needs, however, it does go through a commercial portal, which can interfere with some highly technical set ups.

Nice place to stay

Our stay was nice. I enjoyed the view of the woods, but at night it was nerving to walk the steps to the door. When we walked in, there was a puddle of Liquid Plumber that had leaked on the floor. No one came to clean it up. But all in all it was very peaceful, clean and quite place to stay.

Lovely townhome in a great location

We enjoyed our visit to this Pinehurst townhome. Perfect location. Very clean. Very bare bones with respect to kitchen items but perfect for two people.

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy, had all the needed amenities, and close to town. I recommend this place to anyone that can go down stairs. It is tucked away on a lower level and very quiet and private. Parking was always available. Check in and out was easy.

True to description

We were happy with the accommodations. It was great for my daughter and I. The condo did have a stale smoky smell when we came in from outside, but seemed to go away. Labeling your light switches would be helpful because we couldn’t find the light/fan switch for the main room.

thel local property manager helped with questions about the reservation and gave good recommendations for restaurants about the area. She texted the next day to see how we liked her ideas! that's going the extra mile and seeing what's next if anything to help. tha is much appreciated!
