"Lots of natural beauty, quiet and peaceful.Long walks along the beach with a variety of sea birds and interesting tide pools were a highlight.Lots of stairs leading up to the cabin made for a good workout but not for those with limited mobility.Perhaps a tea kettle and strainer for those who like tea.Otherwise a wonderful week of rest and relaxation!"

"beautiful and well kept. it was the perfect get out of seatown cabin! even tho it is neighbors on 3 sides it felt very secluded and the full on unobstructed view of the water . . . i am super happy about it all! also, the host always had a quick response to questions. nice little gem and i will definitely try to book again. "We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak...

"Beautiful property and location. We had wildlife in the backyard everyday, which was so fun to watch. Good central location.My only feedback would be to make renters aware of the importance of ferry reservations. We are from Texas and didn't understand the role the ferries play in this area. We didn't realize the need for reservations from Port Townsend to Whidbey. On a week day we waited almost 4 hours on standby to get on the ferry.
