The flat is lovely and clearly newly and stylishly refurbished in the last 2 or 3 years. Location amazing literally across the road from the sandy beach.Just wonder why the windows were not double glazed when the refurb was done as was a lot of noise coming from the street below. Some of the floors sloped - a lot. A second walk in shower would have been much better than 2 baths that had to be climbed into - not good for the elderly of the party.We thought the kitchen crockery and cutlery was minimal (only 2 champagne flutes) for 10 people and had to wash up a lot of items as we ran out.Most bedrooms had plenty of hanging space (but over 6.5 feet from the ground in built in wardrobes so a stretch for 5'2" me!) but apart from bedside tables very little drawers or shelving.Wifi was shocking - we had planned to have a family movie night on the last night but gave up as nothing would download properly and kept spooling and breaking up - really not acceptable in a decent sized town and location!
