Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Staff are very helpful I am elderly and disabled stayed with my 11 year old daughter the staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay the food was really nice from the 3 chimneys and well priced I would recommend the jubilee hotel very highly location is perfect and lots happening on site

I liked that it was comfortable and convenient and they provided board games if you wanted them and entertainment. Worth noting that reception is around the back.

Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Eg. Reception staff, bar staff, waitresses etc. Parking & early check in was no problems. Food was hot & plenty of variety both breakfast & excellent restaurant menu. Excellent location & good facilities. Room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. 10/10 for everything & would be my first choice when I next visit weymouth.

Welcoming staff, great location. We didnt expect to be wowed for what we paid, however the room was tiny, very dusty, bathroom smelly, shower didnt have cold water so was scalding hot. Bar area was very entertaining but also smelly and in need of a good clean. Didnt eat at hotel because of cleanliness didnt want to risk it. Bar had good selection of drinks.

Room was clean when we arrived, Staff was very helpful with the room and parking of my car, it was a bit of a walk from the main town but this did not put us off. Sea views when we come out the hotel was lovely specially when the sun was out. 👍

The room was smaller than expected, but this was partly on us for booking late with limited choice, but it could have been better maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant were very good with a nice outside seating area.

The hotel was very nice and suited our purpose for being there . The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff that we had contact with were very friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We did not have time to use the facilities or restaurant, however it seemed very popular ( judging by the amount of people who were using it) the location, overlooking the beach was an ideal location. This is the third time we have stayed there and would certainly stay there again 👍

I stayed all couple of weeks ago, Had a good stay apart from the first day, The shower was cold, And I had to meet up with my brother at 7-30 am,This time, The room wasn't the room that I had booked, So I wasn't happy about that, The first night was very uncomfortable, They changed the bed mattress for me the next day, I only had about 4 hours sleep, Plus the noise of the lift & Doors slamming kept me awake, Also, This room was not clean,It had stained bedding, That got changed the next day,Also, Just general, You would see that it hadn't been cleaned to a good standard, So,Overall, Not a good stay atall, The staff were very helpful,I'm a regular visitor to weymouth & Really enjoy staying there, Not sure if I'd stay with you again sadly, Many thanks Michelle,

The room was ok the bed was comfortable but not sure the linen was clean,and the bath has dirt in it. A hoover was left on the stairs so was a hazard and I moved it myself. The staff were very helpful but the money I paid was not the experience I was expecting. Hotel needs a full renovation
