I did not like to have my room frezzing cold when arriving in the evening. I had to comnect the radiator and go to the lobby to give time for the room to warm"
"The children's bedroom was not clean, under the mattress on bunk bed was months of dust and grime, the carpet hadn't been hoovered. Sweets and rubbish on the floor under the bunk bed.
The children safety lock has only 1 bent scew, as a fixing.and hanging off."
