They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "

"The listing was deceptive and inaccurate. The enlisted hotel phone number was wrong. Even the Expedia customer service representative could not contact them. Efforts to contact the hotel failed because of that. When I found the correct number on Google and called, I was told that the shuttle was not available at 3 AM to pick me at the airport. Yet the listing made no mention of what times it is available. They could not cancel my reservation either. "

"A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home.
