"Brilliant house. Everything we needed was there. Area was quiet, lovely setting. Amazing hosts made us feel at home."

"Great property very close to shops and restaurants in Padanaram. Very clean with lots of kitchen amenities. The portable AC units worked perfectly throughout the heatwave during our stay. Very quiet and peaceful location. We used the paddle boards and kayaks which was a nice bonus. It’s tricky getting them in the water especially at low tide."

"Everything about this property and the host were wonderful. It worked really well for our family including the lower level master bedroom for the small grandchildren that could shut the door and keep the house quiet in the mornings. The kitchen, deck, and common areas with coastal views great for eating and hanging out. The other bedrooms, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely rent this house again. "

"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had a super July 4th long weekend with our family of 8. Pictures are accurate, fabulous fenced in yard and excellent host response! 6 min from Sachuest beach and 12min from downtown Newport. Sweet Berry Farms and Custom House coffee are must!"

"We had an enjoyable long holiday weekend at Sakonnet Sunset Manor. Stacy and Mario are great hosts and very responsive. Great location. The home is very well appointed, with lots of amenities (including beach chairs and beach cart!) The pool area provides a great place to relax and enjoy. The front porch and views of the sunset over the water was a great way to end the day! "

"Perfect location and gorgeous views from the walk out patio. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor space and the convenience of being on the bike path, next to a restaurant and ice cream shop! We would have enjoyed more comfortable seating, a larger table for our family and a TV for the kids. Can't beat the location and the incredible views!! "

"Great cozy cottage for our stay. Tucked away on a quiet street, close enough to beaches and downtown Newport but just far enough away for quiet evenings. We enjoyed it immensely. Gale, our host, was very welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend."
