"What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit."

"This VRBO was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Location was lovely, even with houses surrounding it, the spectacular view made you feel alone. Very quit, even on a typically busy holiday week. Hostess was very good at communicating and the place was stocked better than any VRBO. Snacks, coffee, tea, creamers, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and soap, even makeup remover. Very nice touch. Place is beautiful and perfect for two people. Had another couple over...

"Sea Rose is a beautiful and thoughtfully maintained home. It has a lovely backyard area with fire pit, swings and eating area. There is a well stocked shed with bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, and more. We really appreciated the little touches like beach towels, side shelves by all the beds to plug in phones and even coffee and creamer! "We loved our 2 week stay at this nostalgic home. We grew up in this area and it was like going home. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and the location is great. Buttonwood Park is just a block away and it makes it great for walking. Robin is a wonderful host and thinks of everything. "The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

"Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working...
