"This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it."

I would suggest changing the description of the house a little bit, it said 2 twin beds and while they are technically beds, I think people should know going into it that they are air mattresses. Also, when I read hot tub, I figured it was an actual hot tub, not a tub in the bathroom that has jets. So I’d maybe change that description so people know that before going into the house. "We have a group of ladies take a weekend trip and this accommodated us perfectly. The house was spacious and had a fun vibe. Also a really nice yard for hanging out. The only downfall was difficulting getting a response from the host in preparation of our stay. I had a few questions and had to reach out numerous times before getting a response. Though he did eventually reply."

"I was very pleased with my stay. The house is very spacious and in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and spices for our stay. TVs everywhere even outside. The pool wasn't heated like I requested but it still allowed us to enjoy the outside space. Look no further this is where you wanna be!!!"
