The Art Villa had plenty of room for our group and the house and cottages were clean. The appliances were all very nice and clean and worked well. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed walking around it. The back yard sitting areas had not been swept before we arrived (or after) and there was debris in all areas. The pool was never cleaned (debri in the pool as well) while we were there for 7 days, We did tell the person in charge about the pool and she was going to get in touch with the pool guy but nothing came of it. We did enjoy the hot tub.

We appreciated the spacious layout, comfortable beds, and amenities like the pool, grill, and pool table.However, the property falls short of the “luxury villa” expectations more in line with bachelor party house. Several maintenance and cleanliness issues were evident: the hot tub had a strong odor resolved after cleaned and only went to 100 degrees (set point actual was cooler), pool tiles were sharp, some toilets were loose, dresser tops damaged, and one bathroom had dim lighting and toilet paper on the floor. In the cottage, we found another guest’s socks, a cracked toilet, and the ceiling fan didn’t work.Some appliances and listed amenities were missing including the water dispenser, ice maker, bread maker, second wine chiller, and standalone water cooler. The cottages’ A/C is shared, not independent, and there were only three lounge chairs instead of six. The water from the fridge took 3 minutes to fill a single cup. The home has great potential, but expectations should better reflect its current condition. It seems the property is maintained primarily by a cleaning crew, without regular oversight from the owner or manager. Updating the listing to accurately reflect the property would help future guests have a realistic understanding of what to expect. Called out to the owner (via email as well) and they replied that they are committed to updating the property/listing.

Great short vacation with family

We (grandparents) were there 3 days … some were there for just two days. The kids loved it. Comfy beds. Fun playing billiards. Enjoyed the pool. Well-equipped kitchen and linens. We were a bit disappointed in upkeep of the property. The online pictures showed “classy luxury”. The reality was a dated property with some wear and damage. Washer did not work. Was being replaced after we left, but we were not notified until we asked about it. Ice maker and fridge water dispenser did not work. One shower did not have hot water. AC was spotty. Curtains falling down. Property manager was very responsive. Grandsons said it was a “great party house”, and I suspect they were correct. All in all, it met our needs and we all enjoyed a great time there.

Great and comfortable for family of 10, ages 11 months to 75

House was more than ample for our stay. Great that it’s all on one floor as we had an 11 month old and three year old with us. Back yard oasis was wonderful w pool and hot tub and grassy area. Plenty of shade. Lots of info provided and when I texted w a question, I heard right back. Close to beach and many activities.

Great House - Well Managed

We appreciated all the extras included in the house, such as the games and pool table. It was well stocked to cook meals, plenty of towels, ample parking, and the pool and hot tub were clean. Interesting art!

Great Experience!

From the beginning, the host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly. The property was even better than the listing indicated and our adult children couldn’t stop telling us what a great find it was for our family get away. We loved the decor! The pool and hot tub were clean and the house had most everything we needed for our stay (a couple more larger mixing bowls would have been helpful). Our hosts readily accommodated our request for a later checkout, which took a lot of stress off. Overall, this home was fantastic and we would definitely choose it again!

Our group of 9 had a comfortable stay in this conveniently located house outside of Miami & Fort Lauderdale. The house was clean, spacious and boasted a lovely outdoor area for swimming, lounging and grilling. All correspondence whether by text or email was prompt. Bram was particularly helpful with any questions or requests. We all enjoyed our week.

Lovely stay for extended family getaway

Our large group of 11 had a nice relaxing stay at the property. Manager and owner were very responsive to our questions and issues and did their best to resolve issues despite the holiday timing. The location was nice, short commute to the beaches and conveniently located by grocery stores. Only downside was that there were some key kitchen items missing (ex. oven mit) but we made due without.

A Perfect Holiday Getaway

This house was the perfect place for our multi-household family Thanksgiving getaway. It had a nice space for everyone and activities for all, whether it was lounging on the back porch, swimming in the pool, playing games in the game room, reading a book in the sitting room, or chilling out in the hot tub. The house is well stocked. I brought things to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, but could have left them at home, as the house had everything I needed - platters, dinnerware, utensils, glassware, and cookware. The location is excellent with good restaurants nearby, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. It is also a good base of operations for Miami adventures - the beach, the city, the museums, and more. Everyone liked the parking courtyard and its ample space for several cars. We loved our stay at this decadent oasis and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This property was exceptional. It provided ample space and accommodations. The patio served greatly as a social area adjacent to the pool, and succeeded in being our main area to enjoy the beautiful weathet. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Great Stay! Well equipped house

We booked this for 4 business colleagues for the St. Lauderdale Boat Show. It worked very well for us with each person having a bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable and clean home. Well equipped kitchen.

Fun in the sun Miami

Overall the property was nice and met our needs. The host was responsive and it was good value for the money. The day before we checkout (asked for a 45 min ext on our check out) the main house did not have hot water but we figured we were checking out the next morning so we did not report it to the host. Would be nice if the property had lights around the pool.

Amazing Spot, Amazing host

The property was absolutely perfect for our rather large group. Everything was clean and easy to find, the recommendations from the Host were wonderful, and the backyard / pool area was prime. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to book it. 10/10 experience through and through, would come back again!!!

My recent trip was great. The house and property was clean. I was able to get in touch with the property manager very easily. The water heater wasn’t working when we arrived and they sent someone early the next morning to fix it. Greatly appreciated!

Family Reunion getaway

Spacious property, generally, well maintained and close to many amenities , beaches, highway to Miami and FLL airport. Neighborhood is quiet and well equipped for relaxing. Bram and Maria were professional, nice and very responsive to requests. Overall we loved our stay!!
