"Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay"

"Lots of properties say they are dog friendly but rarely are they so dog welcoming!! My two adult sons, Labrador and I had a four night break to coincide with the end of Uni term. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was brightly clean with brand new appliances and a shiny bathroom. The beds were all very comfortable, and the lounge had good chairs and sofa. I would suggest a little motion-detector light at the bottom and top of the stairs for those late night trips down to the bathroom. It's also important to understand that Brits and Americans use the word "dryer" to mean different things. We had a great stay and would certainly use this property again."
