The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. The host was extremely welcoming, and she thought of absolutely everything one might possibly need. This was one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed in. It was the perfect place to relax and take a break from the snow and ice back home.
