"We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and our host Peter communicated well with us. The house was very clean and had plenty room for all four of us. It was a very cold spring weekend and the heat worked very fast and well in all the rooms. We loved cooking and sitting in the sunlight living room. We can't wait to visit this wonderful cottage again!"

"We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. You can't beat the location if you're there to drive oversand and tour all the beauty that Chappaquiddick has to offer. "We had another wonderful stay at the Eliza cottage. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at one of Theresa's properties. All the cottages are beautifully finished and have a coastal/Nantucket vibe. This time of year the radiant floor heating was an added bonus and the mattress at the Eliza is wonderful! We love the small front yard overlooking the water and park.
