We love this home! It offered everything we needed as a large family wanting to spend the holidays under one roof and in the mountains. If you are looking for a place for your entire family.. this is it! Property management was easily accessible. Everything we needed to know was given to us up front! Beautiful area with a cozy mountain feel, yet close enough to things you might need.

Overall, it was a good cabin & it served its purpose. Very close to downtown West Jefferson, Mount Airee golf course and Zaloos canoes tubing. These are all activities we were able to fit into our schedule during our weekend stay.

Nice house. Layout worked well for us. Would recommend clearer marking for finding the proper driveway. Master bath could use more towel racks and ways to hang clothing. Be prepared to carry all your trash to the local dump (~7 miles).

We had a great experience at this large house nestled in the woods in the mountains. It isn’t fancy, but it is spacious, quiet, and private. The location is secluded yet close to grocery stores and the cute town of West Jefferson. It is a charming little town with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a donut shop and more. The house is great for large families or groups. It is well stocked also. We were in the area for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great for us with 7 Men in our group. The house provided enough beds and bathrooms for all. Some of the guys used the hot tub after riding all day. My only complaint is the TV did not work. It appears the Direct TV account wasn’t working. The only jet working in hot tub was the center jet. The hot tub didn’t heat up to a desired temperature.

We loved our chance to stay at DunRovin! A group of us out-of-towners reunited for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. Communication leading up to the trip was such that we didn't want for anything during our stay. Our only complaint was that the basement was a little chilly overnight, mainly due to the radiator setting off the smoke alarm when we turned it on. However, there were enough blankets and individual heaters in bedrooms that everyone was alright. Otherwise, everything was spotless - loved having the hot tub and all of the eating space! - and it was all that we needed for a wonderful weekend away.

We do an annual cabin trip with a group of friends, and try and pick a new location every year. This year we picked West Jefferson and stayed at DunRovin. While you can tell it's an older cabin, it's been updated well and was very cozy and comfortable, and handled our group of 10 nicely. The location is great as it's only a 5 or so minute drive to both downtown (so cute!) and Mount Jefferson State Park. Would recommend!

We've been coming to DunRovin for years and it's just perfect for us. 8 dudes for a golf weekend and everyone has their own bed. Most have their own room. Kitchen is well equipped and the dining area seats 8 comfortably. Large enough porch to gather. Not much of a mountain view if that's important to you. Very close to the grocery store and West Jefferson and Mountain Aire golf course.

When we first placed our booking, we received a call from the property, not only were they informative, but they gave us some hidden gems of places to go and things to do. When we checked in, everything worked as expected. We were disappointed that the twin bedroom was a pass through and couldn’t really be used, but everything worked out. The only negative comment that I would say is that the bathrooms at the door to the hot tub had a urine smell to them, but we added air fresheners and that helped. The dining area was perfect for our group, and we loved the outdoor space too!

First things first, the pictures do not do this home justice! This home is beautiful inside and out. If you are an early bird sit out on the swing and you will have a beautiful view of the sunrise! We had a group of close friends get together for my fiance's birthday. We had a total of 12 people and we all fit very comfortably! Even-though this home does not have AC, the basement was cool the whole time. We stayed at the very top of the home and just brought a fan. We all went tubing down the river in Todd at wahoo rivers. If you are looking to go tubing this is only 30 minutes away! River tubing is a birthday tradition and we may be adding this home to our yearly tradition!
