"When we got the listing address we saw what looked like a main road going right by the house, but it is such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach, very short driving distance to a larger beach. Hosts were super responsive, overall a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend."

"This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. It was very clean and nicely decorated.We loved the proximity to the bike path - and the location was the perfect distance to bike into Orleans for a visit to The Chocolate Sparrow, or to head in the other direction to swim at Great Pond, or take the bike trail out to...

"Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge."

"Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. "

"Property is beautiful, in a lovely setting, private but not too far from activities and great food. The house is maintained well and was perfectly clean, with a few maintenance issues which could be corrected quickly (bathroom doors that do not close and an extraordinarily squeaky upper floor.)"
