"The owner was very friendly and great with communication. We arrived as he and his wife were wrapping everything up with the house getting it ready for my friends and I. He was so friendly and very welcoming and even gave my friends a small tour of the house and backyard. The house was beautiful, it was clean, organized and cozy. There was so much to do! I totally recommend this house and we will definitely try and go back in the future!"

"I rented this for my wife's birthday weekend, as we also had an extended family event at Cupsogue. I liked the idea of a cozy bungalow in the water. I, however, remember the units described as renovated, and that is a very misleading description. That is, they weren't in the best condition. That said, they withstood a terrible rain storm early Sunday AM. The pathway between the units goes straight down and with steps going into the bay. The lighting in the complex at night is beautiful."

"the home was clean and as promised. The owner, Mark, was easy to work with, the pool and back yard were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Mark was available for all of our questions when we arrived. the location was amazing. the home is bright and airy, all beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. "My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon."

"We stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding in West Hampton. The location was great. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It also has a spacious deck with grill and fire pit. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again."

"My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities."

"The room they gave me said non-smoking and had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and an unpleasant smell of marijuana. The smoke sensor was broken. I spoke to the receptionist and after half an hour of waiting, she gave me a solution of giving me another room with the same smell and I have a 4-month-old girl and they don't understand that. I don't recommend it for families."
