Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of special. I stayed with my daughter and a few of her friends for a girls' weekend, and we all enjoyed how clean the property was. It has everything you could need to have an indoor oasis. We loved every minute of it, and the host was more than accommodating. We can't wait to visit again!

Mark was a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. The home itself is beautiful and fully stocked, we had everything we needed. It is located on a quiet street. It was a perfect winter weekend to celebrate our mom’s birthday. We are looking forward to going back again in the summer time!

We rented this house in the winter. 8 adults spent 3 nights in the house mostly cooking and playing board games. The house is very spacious and it's on a quiet street. It was plenty warm (in the winter). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though it could use a new can opener). The basement rooms were especially quiet at night, which was much appreciated by our light sleepers. It is particularly well equipped for young kids (though there weren't' any in our party). We can't speak to the quality of the pool or the outdoors, but as a short winter getaway, it was quite nice.

Was the perfect place for our family with 3 adults and 3 teenage who each had their own rooms. Very convenient location and the host gave us lots of suggestions. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to stay here. We plan on going back next year!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this house. We came with our four daughters, their partners, and their three little babies (the 3-month-old twins and our 1-month-old grandson) to celebrate Thanksgiving together.For a big, lively family like ours, this home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly suited to our needs.Mark, the owner, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our requests, which made our stay even smoother.And the beautiful beach just a five-minute drive away was the icing on the cake!

The house was conveniently located to the beach, but also had a lovely heated pool for afternoon relaxation. The host was communicative and readily available should any questions arise. The house instructions given to us by the host were very thorough and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, plenty of room for two families of five each. Our kids especially loved the pool, fire pit and bounce house. The location was great - just a few minutes away from both town and some lovely beaches. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious and the outdoor area/pool are beautiful. Fun Multigenerational Trip!

Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by and the host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet and we even used 2 of the bikes. The house has plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Fantastic house for a fun family get together!

Great stay!

This place was perfect for a larger group of family and friends. Lots of privacy and a short drive to the beach. The property itself had wonderful amenities-especially the pool and fire pit table! Very family friendly and easy communication with the host!

Westhampton Stay

we had a great time at the house. Mark was very accommodating. The house is a bit worn because it's a very popular house. It's well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and you can tell it's very loved. The street it's on is very quiet with no traffic noise but you can hear the planes flying into the nearby general aviation airport (not often though). Bathrooms everywhere, so convenient and the house can take a large group. This is our first time in Northampton since we normally stay in East and Southampton so it's much quieter than we expected with less of a "town feeling". We will come back again. Thank you Mark.

Family getaway

The house was more than expected. Beautiful property! Very specious house. Lots of toys and games to keep the kids busy. Enough space for everyone to have down time.We took a trip to the beach that is less than 1.5 miles away. The private pool at the house is heated and spent most of our time relaxing outside with the beautiful lanscape.Mark is such a kind host. He responds back very quickly if you have any questions. Provides detailed suggestions on where to shop and eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property in Westhampton!

This house is perfect for a large group. The heated pool was an amazing amenity and we used it often! Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. The primary bedroom and bathroom are simply amazing. Plenty of places to hangout and lounge both inside and outside. For the few minor issues we did run into, Mark was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Great stay and great host!

We were a large group of friends who all spent the weekend here. We had plenty of space (everyone had their own bed) and tons of bathrooms which makes it great for a large group of adults. We also enjoyed that it was walkable to town and in a very central location to many activities within the area. Mark was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our visit, and we already are looking forward to being able to coming back in the future!
