Owner was advised that we were arriving at 12:30am due to family flying in late. Finally the owner was reached by lobby staff. Lobby staff advised that they are not able to unlock door as the units are owner owned. After speak to owner trying 2 other ways to get in an was not able to. She put us in a different unit but this was under construction on the balcony. Crew...

"We had a wonderful time! Easy access to the beach and 2 pools. Amazing view from the balcony!! Loved that beach towels and some beach toys were included. We enjoyed our stay!"
