Between parking and cleaning fees value for money on a one night stay is dire - arguably that one is on me for not reading to the last paragraph of the listing, but when the parking fee adds 20% to the total price of your stay it is a tough one to swallow regardless. The living area was not set up as shown in the listing, the sofa bed was there but the other sofa was split out into two uncomfortable sectionals. Bedroom tv is very slow to the point of being barely functional if trying to use an app. Strange notices also displayed requesting that makeup be removed before using linens or towels, felt a bit off to us as if they’re trying to get away with not cleaning. Property was otherwise fine, but we wouldn’t return.

The condo was in a great location, which made it convenient for everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. That said, the unit itself was difficult to find, could really benefit from a deep cleaning, and had a strong musty odor that made it less comfortable. With a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, it would be an excellent place to stay given the location and hosts.

The condo was in a great location,the condo itself was spacious clean and the owner was very pleasant and courteous, checking in was pleasant. The grounds is beautiful. The only complaints I would have is I wish there was bigger parking spaces other than that it's that kind of place where you wait to go back

This condo was amazing. The bed was comfortable and I love that the pool was right behind and right off the back porch. My only suggestion was you need more mirrors around the place just not in the bathroom and bedroom that was covered by the TV.

Cozy and comfortable!

We brought our grandchildren and had an awesome stay! This condo had a cozy and comfortable feel. It was clean, great location, and easy access. The host was super responsive. We were very pleased with this condo and will definitely love to stay here again.

Stay here!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5, including 3 teenagers. They had everything we needed! Having direct access to the pool 10 steps away right out the back door was perfect. The patio held all of our pool and beach items and kept the mess and sand outside! Super easy access across the street from the beach, and the wagon was SO convenient to have! Great location away from the crowds, the beach was private and so clean. We will stay here again!

Overall Okay, not for those with allergies or lung issues

The location was excellent for going to the beach. The pool on-site was maintained beautifully and convenient access from the unit. The unit appeared clean however as others have stated there was an incredibly strong mildew/mold smell. I presume the air isn’t ran when the unit isn’t occupied so the humidity sits and causes issues. I unfortunately have breathing issues and allergies so I woke up feeling terrible after just one night there. The couches and bed were comfortable and the location felt safe. I am only docking one star for the mildew issue and due to the fact that I did not receive the access codes or anything until I reached out to them after 8 o’clock at night the day of check in. Once I reached out they did reply timely, it would have been nice for them to provide the information ahead of time without the need for additional prompting.

Great Location

I love that this place was a very short walk to the beach. You walk through the courtyard, by the pool, and out the front gate to see the beach. There is a convenient store you do have to walk in front of to get to the intersection to cross the road and get to the beach. The pool looked really cool, but we never used it. The house itself was nice, but a But smaller than I expected. It was perfect for two adults and two small kids; I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. smaller than I expected.beach.

Cute condo with a pool

The inside of the condo and the outside grounds and pool area were very clean and enjoyable. The beach is right across the street from the condo. Bring your own beach chairs and wagon, the ones they had on their patio were rusted. Also the outside furniture on the back patio was dirty and not suitable to sit in. But the inside of the condo was great and we thought the pool was very nice. No beach view, but still a very nice place to stay.

The condo was spacious. Updated shower. Comfortable bed and sheets. Updated washer/dryer. All you need for a kitchen. Complementary coffee kcups. Couches need a cleaning. Have a “used” smell. The condo has air fresheners and I think the smell of the couches are overpowering them. Makes the condo smell musty. Plus, the oil diffusers have lost their effectiveness. Need to replace the sticks. Not a big issue and it’s not over bearing but something that can easily be remedied for a fresher property.

Disappointing experience

This property is very well equipped with everything you need. The owner was responsive to my concerns. However, the oven smoked when i tried to use it and there was no water or ice in the refrigerator. There was a musty smell in the apartment. The bed creaked and sagged in the middle so bad that one of us slept on the couch every night. I complained about the oven and refrigerator to the owner. I got a quick reply. I hope the issues will be taken care of so the next tenant will have a more pleasant experience. It was frustrating to be called by VRBO support and texted by the owner an hour after checkout to be told they thought i was still there and my belongings were there. I would have appreciated (and i had requested) that the owner contact me when he knew this was a mistake. I heard nothing and had to assume all was well. I dont plan to rent this place again. It leaves me not interested in VRBO, either.

A sweet little condo in a lovely setting. Great access to the beach and Seawall. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I would happily stay here again! It was lovely!
