This house has potential, however, it is absolutely filthy! The pros: 10 minutes from Mount Snow, great lay out with open family room, large bedrooms, and downstairs rec area for tweens/teens. The cons: the house needs to be thoroughly deep cleaned. It appears that the owners left with all their clutter and personal items, including toiletries left in the bathrooms, etc. There is a thick layer of dust, grime and even grease in the kitchen covering everything. Almost every utensil pulled out of the kitchen drawers had grime or stuck food on them. There are old personal items and clutter collecting dust all over the house. There were also several boxes of half filled and empty alcohol in the bar area, etc. If one of the ceiling fans were to be turned on, 10 years of collected dust may have flown off. Even our tweens commented how dirty the house was. A group of young frat men might not mind, but if you are a proper adult, this house is not for you especially at the money they are charging. Luckily the property manager did offer a partial refund which we appreciated.
