"Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable!"

"Absolutely amazing stay. Even better than the pictures! There was a perfect amount of space for 25 people and so much to do. Only bummer was the mosquitos/may flies (not much that can be done about those) and that the pool was ultimately not heated due to weather. Otherwise, everything was as promised or better!"

"Our stay at the West River Lodge was great! The cabin is very cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked dinner one of the nights we were there and all we had to bring was the food…the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and flatware…even a vegetable peeler and can opener! "This is a very lovely and clean home. Unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home. I was fortunate to spend 3 months there this past summer and called it my “home away from home”.
