"Quaint Cottage with private deck. Very comfortable beds and easy parking. The hosts were great and made us feel right at home while giving us privacy. If a TV is critical for you, there are two but they're quite small by today's standard. There are window ac units that we used to bring in air, but we never needed the ac. "We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. "The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising "

"The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside"
