"Neighborhood was a bit rough (people knocking on door late at night) lots of traffic in middle of the night, home could use a clean/new coffeemaker(pretty gross) , dishwasher would be a nice addition. Some Sheetrock damage inside and mouse droppings under sink. Fairly clean other than that."
