Modern house at Wells Beach - Available Winter Rentals Off Season-reduce rate.

  • This is a single family home on the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Available year round with discounts in the off season for monthly rentals. The views are simply amazing. Beautiful Sunsets. 1 block from the beach. 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. There are 2 full bathrooms, one walk in shower, one bath tub. There is a 1st floor powder room and an outdoor shower. Basic cable and smart TV's in every bedroom and the living space. The bunk room has cubbies with outlets/USB for charging electronics. The bunk room also has a playstation 4. Feel free to banish the kids to the 3rd floor. Towels (Bath and Beach) and bed linens provided. Four beach chairs are available. Two grills available - one propane and one charcoal. Adirondack chairs and fire pit in backyard. Black out shades in all bedrooms. Mini-splits for AC.

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views out back. Most mornings, we were pleased to watch the bald eagle out back. The home is well care for and has a great layout with plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach home. We would defintely stay here again. The home is located within walking distance to Wells Beach and has a great view of the marsh.

Unbelievable stay! The house is stunning, had everything we needed, and location can’t be beat. The views at sunset were amazing. The owner has clearly put a lot of love and care into this home and we were so appreciative to spend a week in it! HIGHLY recommend.

Another great week!

Another great stay in one of our favorite spots! This home is in such an ideal location — just a quick two-minute walk to Wells Beach out front, and a private, peaceful backyard overlooking the marsh out back. We loved ending our evenings with sunsets by the fire pit. The house was just as clean and comfortable as we remembered — from the kitchen to the beds to the bright, open layout with all the windows. It’s such an easy place to relax and feel at home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Place to Stay

We were very happy with our stay. We had a great time. The property was private, but very close to the beach. The house was updated and well maintained. Plenty of room. Would defintely stay there again.

This property has all the amenities you’d want for a beach vacation. It has AC in the bedrooms, along with fans. It has an outdoor shower, and plenty of helpful beach gear if you forgot something. Updated outdoor seating in case the weather behaves and you can watch a beautiful sunset over the marsh.

4th summer at this house, and we will be back in 2026. Clean, walkable to the beach, amazing views, easy parking. We really enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Luckily was not too hot the week of our stay, but the bunk room gets quite hot with no ac or ceiling fan for the little kids that cant open the windows/door.

Beautiful vacation

We had an amazing week with great weather. The house was beautiful with views of the marsh, sunsets and the resident bald eagle. Communication was prompt and the location couldn’t have been better. Can’t wait to go back!

Another great stay!

This was our third year staying at this property and we will return again next year. The location is perfect with amazing views of the marsh all around, great for nights by the fire pit. The quick walk to the beach is perfect for our two young kids when we need to come back for lunch and naps. Another great week!

Amazing 2 weeks

This property was perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our 2 adult sons and their families. The home was spacious, clean and had plenty of towels for the beach and for showering. There was enough cooking pots and pans and dishes for all 9 of us. Truly an amazing home away from home. Will definitely book again!

Your Maine getaway

Two-month stay, Jan-Mar, mostly just me. Easily can see this being a wonderful fantastic Maine summer get away for most. Ample bedrooms (4), scenic views from all of them, picnic bench outside for summer grilling, easy short walk to the beach. Sunny dining area for watching sunsets (or enjoying the day view while you work, like me). Quite clean and supplied. Friendly host with easy conversation when needed. Excellent stay, even in the dead of Maine winter with a bum foot. Enjoy!

Conveniently Located Wells House

The location of this property is great, it's on a private road off the main part of Atlantic Ave. This is great when you have little children, because you can collect everything you need and walk over to the beach and enjoy your day. Great options to clean up before going inside the house, and plenty of options to help you enjoy your day at the beach too. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for a long stay.
