"We booked this house for a family vacation. The beach is a very short walk across the road. The location was perfect. The house itself had more than enough room for our family consisting of 4 couples and 1 young child. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed. Highly, highly recommend this house for larger groups that need multiple bedrooms and the extra space. We will most definitely be booking again!"

"Gorgeous property! We were in town from out of state got a wedding. This was the perfect spot to accommodate our family. The separate bedroom spaces (one with own sitting area/Tv) are ideal. Very clean, nicely appointed. Note to travelers: This house does not provide towels or bed sheets. Luckily we had local family to help us out. Overall a great house!! Short walk to the ocean was lovely."

"This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs."

"This lovely home is in a perfect location directly on the beach with incredible views and is immaculately clean. It has an amazing kitchen with absolutely everything you need at hand. The living areas are comfortable and beautifully furnished and the bedrooms/bathrooms offer ample space and privacy for everyone. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to book another stay soon."

"We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The house is located on the third line but you can hear the waves at night and it's only a two minute walk to the beach so very easy to come back to the house if you forget something or need to go to the bathroom.. lots of beach chair, games, wood for the fire pit...we were all very happy and impressed! "The views from this upstairs condo are perfect! The beach and ocean are just steps away. The main room is a wall of 3 sliding doors which bring in lots of natural light. The pictures are very accurate, and you can tell the condo could use some updating: newer mattresses & pillows would be nice. It would also be nice if sheets & towels were included in the cost. We were traveling from Indiana and didn't have room for those, but my brother and his family drove up from NH and brought those along....

"This house is perfect for enjoying the beauty of the ocean and marshes. The kitchen deck looks on to a beautiful marsh. The ocean is a mere 2 minute walk and Moody Beach is spectacular! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are really comfortable and there is lots of room to spread out and relax. Just a wonderful place to unwind with family and friends."

"The condo was very spacious and clean…. I would just have liked another AC unit in the guest bedroom of the condo. The master bedroom and the living room have AC units….but I would still stay there again. "

"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine.
