"The cottage was perfect for my friend and I. The added bonus with the beach hut made it even more special! The cottage was well equipped, the beds comfortable and location was excellent. "Wir waren mit 5 Personen 9 Tage im Haus und fanden es sehr gemütlich dort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einem Föhn). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Sitzplatz gefehlt, die Sofas sind für 2 Leute in Ordnung, aber für 3 zu klein. Insgesamt war es im Haus schön."

"We knew garden was "staggered" but its not atttached to house. You have to go down a path that runs along the back of the houses to go your garden gate. Garden was lovely with a table and 4 chairs and flower borders. Location is brillant litterally a 2 min walk to The Byes which are picturesque. Sidmouth is a 10 minute walk.There is a Tesco Express about a 10 minute walk and a Waitrose is about a 10 kinute drive.As its a victorain house stairs can be awkward for some. The house was lovely...

"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. "Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. "
