"This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. "This place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more. It was perfect for my husband and me, son and daughter-in-law, and their three children. The foosball table and hot tub were a big hit. Our five year-old granddaughter certainly enjoyed the toys that were provided. The bathrooms were just what we needed. There was lots of storage space. We would definitely recommend it, and come back again."

"Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host."

"Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!"
