We felt welcomed right from the start. The Hosts introduced themselves and gave us a quick overview of the pool area. We asked about our family, who live in Auburn, if they could visit us and enjoy the pool during our stay. They were so kind to say yes, and we are truly grateful.

We had a wonderful stay here from March 12-23. The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained landscaping that really made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. Everything was also very clean, which we really appreciated.The pool house was perfect for our trip, and we especially loved having access to the jacuzzi, we used the hot tub almost every day! It was also great to spend time lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun.Our small dog had an amazing time as well and loved having so much space on the property to run around and play(supervised, of course).Jeanne and Bob were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The space includes a kitchenette, which was great for preparing simple meals and snacks, though it’s not set up for more extensive cooking.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

The pool house was very comfortable and clean. My wife and I had a lovely time staying here over the New Year. It had everything we needed and more. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail that went into this property. The hot tub and fireplace were very nice and perfect for us on a rainy day. The surrounding property was beautiful and charming as well, with some goats and mini horses we could watch through the window. The owners supplied us with some fresh eggs from their chickens, and we picked up a couple of the delicious oranges that were falling off the tree in the back. Apart from the owner introducing herself when we arrived, we had a ton of privacy. We would definitely come back here, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the pool. The owners even put out a bottle of wine on the table for us, which we didn't end up drinking, but this was just another nice surprise among many that we experienced during our stay here.

The pictures do not do this property justice! The grounds are meticulously maintained. It feels like you are at a resort. House was fairly clean- there is mold in the shower and both couches were stained to the point of needing to be cleaned or replaced. The little touches such as crystal coasters and fresh eggs in the fridge were appreciated. Top of the line appliances and fixtures. Very secluded but still close to town. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it was not working. Texted but no reply.

Our stay at the Cottage Pool House exceeded our expectations. Beautiful landscaping and wide walkways that were well lighted at night. Our Fall weekend included a brief storm but that just added to our appreciation of the spacious cottage. Well stocked kitchen (fresh farm eggs)with high end modern appliances throughout the home. Massive walk in double shower, plenty of deluxe towels - no scrimping here! Host was attentive and heated the spa which we had all to ourselves. A 5 star vrbo with all the bells & whistles! Hope to return soon. Great area to explore history, vineyards (Wise Villa's restaurant) and hike to nearby Hidden Falls. Naggiar Vineyard is also a favorite for events each Saturday night. Close to a variety of shopping experiences. So much to do in this area and this cottage is easy to access to it all plus enjoy time together spent in relaxation. Dining table was decorated with a romantic touch for us with a bottle of cab and 2 wine glasses surrounded by fresh cut Fall flowers from the garden. Will not hesitate to return.

Oasis in Auburn

Spent a few days in this oasis tucked away from the world. Beautiful grounds, great pool, and cozy living quarters. Though we didn’t see Robert or Jeanne our whole stay, our fridge had farm fresh eggs when we got there and they were attentive, asking if we needed anything.

Beautiful and relaxing!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend here, I wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were very friendly, the pool house was cozy and clean. It had everything we could have wanted and many extra thoughtful touches. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stay. Thank you, I would 100% stay here again!

Perfect Stay

This could not have been a better stay. The pool house and surrounds are just beautiful. The cottage is so lovely, built with beautiful cabinets and lots of light. It is well-furnished, and includes a kitchen that holds everything that we needed to cook several meals there. Our hosts were very responsive, and clearly wanted to make our stay as positive as possible. We felt so well taken care of! My husband and I felt so appreciative to spend our weekend in such comfort and beauty. We will return!

Great place, great hosts

Jeanne and Bob were exceptional hosts. We had a problem with VRBO not showing our reservation, the hosts were great about communicating with us. The property is thoughtfully put together and well-appointed (we've stayed at places where basics like handsoap, trashbags, toilet paper, etc. weren't stocked...not the case here!). The property is easy to get to, but you really feel like you're off the beaten path and many of the amenities make it feel like a luxurious space. Well-worth a weekend getaway!
