"I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. "Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect for easy access to Weeki river every day. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day of kayaking. "This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time because there is now a fence so our dogs were able to roam more freely. We saw dolphins and otters and a manatee right from the backyard. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and we will be back again for sure."

"Couldn't be happier! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space, super clean, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. "

"We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!"

"House location is amazing. Right on the river with views of the river and sunset every evening. This place is perfect for family vacations. Plenty of river activities. "We had a great time here, the house was great and the view beautiful. We did get to see dolphins twice which was exciting. We were in town for my nephews graduation and my niece and nephews enjoyed playing on the foosball table. It was a hot and humid week so we spent most of the time in the house so it was nice to have a great view."

"20th anniversary relax on the river. We had everything we needed. We wish the nook in the house would have been open but we get it for safety. We changed the air filter but I have horrible allergies, so all good. We will be back, we found our awesome little spot on the river. MANATEES, OTTERS, FISH, AND WOULDNT YOU KBOW IT A DOLPHIN. "Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."
