"We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information."

"This flat was perfect for our travel group. Easy access for Ubering into the city. Clean and well stocked. I would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit NYC but don’t want to pay the exorbitant prices. The photos and description of the property is exactly as written."

I traveled with my sister and 3 young children.(2,3,and 6) While I was worried about them being too energetic and disturbing the neighbors, we never got one complaint. That was comforting . Also, Shreya had such a fast response time during the visit for help I needed and that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble."

"Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. "

"I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!"
