"Nice place to stay. Only thing I will say is I noticed there was noise machines in every room and after hearing the guests downstairs slam doors and could hear them walking at night, I now know why! Kids had fun playing the games and I did enjoy the keurig. Didn't have enough time to try the hot tub. Didn't want to make too much noise at night outside. As it's a very quiet neighborhood."

"This house is perfection. Stunning and beautiful house while still felling comfortable, welcomed, and at home. You will appreciate all the obvious thought, care, and consideration that the hosts put into creating this space. Sun rises over the mountains in front of the house which is the most amazing way to start your day. Very close the Sunapee lake and the mountain, has good linens, comfortable beds & pillows, easy to use TVs, awesome air hockey table that my kids played with forever, hot tub...

"It was a great getaway. The house was clean and had everything that you would need. It truly sleeps 16 people and has enough room for everyone to enjoy the time together. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We lucked out with wonderful weather so we got to enjoy the backyard for games and the kayaks and canoe for some relaxing lake activities. Thank you to our hosts. We will be back again in the near future."

"To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space...

Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing.
